Meet Amy

Updated: Feb 21, 2019

My great-grandfather was a builder. His offices were by Mercy Hospital and he worked on landmark projects in the U.S. Capitol and Baltimore. My grandfather was also in construction and had a side fascination with real estate. It must be in my genes. I've always enjoyed real estate and design - drawn especially to the architectural artisans that curate this craft. When I walk into a property, I am looking at it's "bones" - what are the character features that can be celebrated? How can they be added?

Ten years ago, I began working with my sister-in-law, who is now my broker, on various investment and design projects. I've been honing my skills ever since. From residential to commercial to investments to Airbnb spaces - the journey is ever inspiring. Meeting artisans, vendors and clients and bringing them together to create personalized dreams come true - now that is the pièce de résistance.
